Great choice for beginners
I purchased this electric bass guitar for my son, who is just starting to learn how to play. It's been a great choice for beginners. Good for beginners
I really wanted to play bass, so I thought this product would've been a good one to start with given that you have everything you need and it is fairly cheap. For learning how to play bass, it's good. However, as you advance you'll need to take it into a bass workshop for a set-up because the strings are too far from the neck which will stop you from playing harder songs. Great quality for what you pay, but if you want something better I suggest spending a bit more for a better bass.

Bass Bargain
I was after a cheap bass guitar and thought I'd take a chance on a 'Used - Acceptable' version of this from Amazon Warehouse. It was half the normal price. I expected something a bit battered, in accordance with the description of 'Used - Acceptable'.And I thought: what's the worst, I can just return it if it's really no good.What I got instead was a bass that looks like it hasn't even been touched...not a single mark on it. The cosmetic damage mentioned in the item description isn't there.The bass itself is fine for a beginner and the amp does the job too.Bargain!

A lot for your £s
I used to play bass in a band and spent a tidy sum on the likes of Fernandez and Trace Elliot. I told my boy that these budget machines would be ok , not like you would be bending strings etc etc. My opinion pulled off this kit is really well made, nice tone , decent baby amp, plus stand tuner . I would recommend for a beginner and maybe a second safety bass for a gigging muso 👍
