My Dad wanted a new Bible that was made out of actual leather. He had a few other boxes he wanted to check: KJV with red letters for when Jesus speaks, with the thumb tabs for easy navigation. Additional benefits to this Bible are the large lettering and the bookmark We also both love the two-tone colors. The first thing we noticed when he opened his Bible was just how soft the leather is - it truly feels premium. The Bible has that great leather smell, too. Dad loves this gift and I might buy myself one of these at some point, too. I also love the cross-referencing at the bottom of the pages so connections can be made throughout the Bible, as I have found that is how I understand the Bible in a clearer way. I highly recommend this Bible. It is beautiful and easy to use.

This KJV Bible has extra-large print and a lovely, real leather cover -- PLUS it only weighs a wee bit more than 2 lbs! Even with my messed up shoulders (bad rotator cuffs at age 93), I can hold this Bible at eye level & read for hours.As to the paper being a bit thin (per other reviews), the line-matching is 99% right-on -- whether by providence or by design -- so bleed-through is hardly noticeable.Of course, I have always sought a giant print KJV -- printed on fully opaque, high-quality paper -- with complete Scofield study notes, full sized maps, and abundant cross-references -- that only weighs 1 pound & fits inside the breast pocket of my suit. If anyone knows where I can buy one, please let me know.Back to reality -- PROS: this leather-bound KJV Bible is one of the very rare combinations available in Bibles today ... ...>Light enough to hold at eye level for hours>Big dark print>PLUS it's sewn (not glued), so it's virtually indestructible-by-nature (but not at the hands of a careless user)>PLUS it's bee-yoo-tiful to one's eyes, and a joy to feel and hold in one's handsCONS: No matter how hard I try, it won't fit in the breast pocket of my Sunday-go-to-meetin' suit.

This Bible has truly exceeded my expectations. It looks amazing and is incredibly soft to the touch. The covers bend perfectly which I have found not to be the case with faux leather Bibles. It’s a beautiful Bible with durable binding and all the “tools” I like in it.It has references at the bottom of the pages, thumb tabs for easier maneuvering, and of course the topical concordance at the end. In addition to this it has 155 “verse finders” including “when you need”, “when you feel”, and “what the Bible says about” sections. Each topic has almost every one has 3-5 references too which is a welcomed addition.I know the price is a little steep, but you really get what you pay for with this one. If you’re looking for a premium Bible to last a long time, I’d say look no further. Enjoy!EDIT: It’s so nice, I just bought a second one.

I absolutely love the look of this bible. It has an almost vintage look. It's actually what drew me to it.The print is easy to read on my struggling eyes as it's quite large. The Bible is lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and stays open nicely.What I don't like about this Bible are the pages. They are quite thin and thus presents an extensive amount of ghosting. Thus, if you are want to take notes or highlight different passages, it's going to show through significantly.However, if you're just looking for a Bible that looks nice, feels nice, and does the deed for reading, this is certainly worth the money.

High quality 👌 It made a wonderful baptismal gift for my husband. The leather is soft and very attractive. The price was right for this beautiful Bible.
