Why is one in milliliters and other ounces? Where is each bottle coming front. Lastly on the bottle of the 30 milliliters is that how’s its on bottle

bottles usually have Ml and Oz listed though listings are not alwasys created with oz

why is 1.7 oz btl diff color than the pink 3.4 oz and why is 1.7 prime and 3.4 isnt
