Q: Does it come with the foot pedal

of course it does. and the throne, snare drum, toms and cymbals. All for $32.99.

Q: I want to use this for a resonant head, is the possible?. I just hate the look of no head up front.

I suppose you could use it as a resonant head, but I can't imagine it would function nearly as good as a traditional rest head. These heads have a nice sleek look to them, so it would look good in front.

Q: What exactly included in tis purchase? Does this include the drumhead, the foot pedal, and drum mute?

It's a drum head. It doesn't go over anything, you have to completely replace the entire beater head on your bass drum with this. That's all it comes with, no pedal, no mute. Once it's on, your bass drum is extremely quiet, with comparable kick feel (but not the same, with no audible sound if you're wearing ear protection, which can be a detriment to practicing).

Q: How is the drumhead affixed to the bass?

It goes on the same way as any other kick drum head. It looks exactly like a regular drum head, just black mesh. It’s a good bass drum head, well worth it, if you’re looking for volume reduction.
