Better then the included nickel welding tabs, that came with battery welder. These are not stiff, and small for AA and AAA batteries. Also have solder holes, for wire. These worked perfect for my AA battery packs.

Works great for building your own battery packs! The hole in them makes them easy to stick solder to them.

Great little tabs for rebuilding power tool battery packs. Easily soldered.

I would not recommend soldering lithium batteries. It's too risky. Even tho it might be possible, they're too heat-sensitive. I ruined 3 out 4 batteries and the 4th eventually failed later. Nickel batteries are more tolerant. This item has other uses, but I would not advertise them for lithium batteries. I don't plan to return them; I can use them elsewhere.
