This is by far one of the BEST purchases I have ever made! I purchased this fryer for my home. The deep fryers I purchased for home use in the past were not that great, and as a result we did not at fried food very often. This deep fryer changed everything. It cooks food evenly, it is easy to clean and operate, and it looks great. Because it operates so well, and the food cooked in it tastes so good, we use it quite a lot. Since I am so picky, I rarely give a 5 star rating but a 5 star rating on this product does not seem high enough! GREAT PRODUCT!

The media could not be loaded. If you want to control the quality of the food you prepare your best option is to cook your own food. This fryer is a pretty large unit( fits on a counter top) but gets the job done very well. Fries up 20 boneless wings per side. I use one side to fry and when I clean it I then switch sides and use fresh oil. Easy to clean. The pans that hold the oil are metal 1/2 pans and are kind of thin, but it is fine, they work! nice thing is if and when they get too dirty or old they are cheap to replace. This unit is worth the money. The basket is a great size and the depth of the fryer is that of a half pan. It has 2 places to rest the baskets(to hold food under oil and to let food drain) which is a great feauture. The plugs-Two seperate pluga for each side of fryer. Which is great.

THE GOOD: tried it right after I received it. Cooked chicken two days in a row. Came out great. AND no messy cleanup from using a sauté pot.THE BAD: Thermostat is ONLY centigrade. I have to convert via google to get the temperature I want. I’m to old to start learning metrics. Why not both - like everybody else. Very annoying.THE UGLY: Cheaply made. Material feels like TIN. And be careful because of sharp edges all over the place.

Great for our family of 7 and excellent size for hosting or getting large quantities cooked in little time! We bought this 6 months ago before a family reunion and have been enjoying it ever since. Great fryer. Make sure you have space on your counter first, and it's totally worth it!

This is an amazing fryer. You will have to have two different circuit breakers in your kitchen to run this. It is lightweight and so easy and fast to clean. The price is outrageously affordable.

This fryer arrived just in time for my cookout. I was able to fry seafood on one side and chicken on the other side eithout using the same oil. Very sturdy but it is not heavy at all easy to move.

I have worked in a metal shop and this should not be considered metal it is so thin there was a hole in one of the pans when I first used it. Didn't know that, so when I turned back around, not only did I have oil running all over my counter, it had also tripped a breaker and neither side was working. Would not recommend this to any one.

I wish I had bought one like this years ago when my four sons were at home. I am so happy with it. It warms very quickly and yes, it is some what harder to clean, but you don't have to clean it after every use. The covers fit on and keeps the oil clean. I would highly recommend this unit.
