I like my cookies soft
I bought this as a general purpose spatula. I was initially displeased because the blade is quite flexible. I just stashed it away as a throw-away.Then I remembered it while baking chocolate chip cookies. What a life saver! I like my cookies soft, so they are still quite "runny" when they come out of the oven. The thin and flexible blade was perfect for scooting under the very soft barely cooked dough.

Excellent large, flexible spatula. Expensive.
I love this flexible, thin steel spatula so much that I buy a new one each time the handle breaks off, usually every 2-3 years. One thing I don't like is that it has become quite expensive.
