Alexa not working

Good product.Pros :1) works as intended,2) neat touch lighting and functionality...3) smooth integration with Google and alexa4) fits flush in the panel (happy)Cons1) Wifi range lost in 3 days had to use wifi extender!!! ..main let down...seems to be the problem with most other such devices...2) app asking for location access is not acceptable at all ..may be Google ask so but that doesn't suit me.3) The wires had to be connected from top and so was little hindering (bothering too) to push it back in the box...would have been better if it was on the left or right side...enough space on the sides ..4) the dark blue indicating 'ON' status is too dark in colour..colour changing to a mild green would be nice or other lighter shade of blue would also suit more (nitpicking but...)5) more schedule timer memory (for offline functioning) will be more appreciated.6) the touch panel led is too bright in the night during sleep...for someone used to sleep with night light is good...this ain't that bright but we r used to sleep in pitch dark...(nitpicking point again but...)7) Reliability and long term software support to be proven yet...and the life of the touch led lights are also questionable.All in all happy so far a good product to go for!

Not reliable. The switch used frequently stopped working in 12 months. Not worth spending so much money.

It was very very easy to install and setup, wire connection is the simple part. It can fit any regular modular swich try and it looks beautiful and futuristic too.Price point little costly, maybe you can find some cheaper from other brands at local market.I used Smart life app, and keep open the smart life app before powe it on, aap will automatically show a popup to install it. 👍

This product not working properly. When tried to claim with seller ,he is speaking very rudely. Service is terrible.Dont buy this product it does not work properly after some days and when we try to claim they will speak with u rudely.

Everything is very good, installation to operation to ease of use. Only request is to keep the price competitive as other brands are available on different website on better price.

Pro tip: The switch box has inner cavity where the unit usually fits in. If it doesn't like in my case. Solution is to fit it on the outside panel directly [see picture attached for reference].Like: 1. The transition is lovable. Just one touch it starts working. 2. There is a mild glow of the switch in the dark which also doubles up as path light.Dislike: 1. This will not support your air-condition, geyser and other heavy load equipments. Only for led and incandescent bulbs 💡[see the picture for watts details]. 2. The mild light emitting out of the switch if in bedrooms can be annoying if you prefer dark rooms for sleeping.Durability - it has been few days after the installation. Will update in 6 months if there is a failure. If not assume all is well.Worth the investment.
