There aren't a ton of supplements that translate into real improvements on the bike in my opinion. A teammate suggested I tried BeetElite and it is amazing how it actually works. Once you drink it, the nitric oxide goes to work and within 30 minutes I am feeling a pump in my legs. It is almost like extra blood floods my quads, helping me increase the number of watts I can sustain for longer periods of time. I can tell the difference when I do not use BeetElite before a workout. I worked hard on my climbing this season and i think my gains were helped in part by BeetElite.

Didn't notice anything. I wanted to switch off my preworkout to a safer cardio preworkout type product..tasted rather awful and didn't see any difference at all

Excellent product to use before grueling aerobic/endurance workouts. I find it's most effective for long, continuous cardio exercise at a high intensity (running, swimming, cycling, etc.).

Jar less than half full when I received. Also matted together so I had to dig it out. Disappointed, especially for the price. Seemed like it was very old, thus the matting together. Otherwise it probably would have been ok.
