This is a great deal for essentially the same product that costs a lot more in pre-packaged capsules.... I use 1-2 grams a day. It's helping my memory short term and long-term, which is it's main purpose I use it for.

ALCAR Powder
Seems like I do notice (after about two weeks worth of daily use), a more improved sense of muscle recovery after exercise while using this in my morning shakes.

Very good product. So much cheaper than capsules. Mixes well in water. If you don't like the naturally acid taste, you can mix with juice.
