CSTESVN GBC Game Link Cable, 2 Player Connect Cord Compatible with Nintendo Gameboy Color/Pocket/Light, 3.9Ft Black

Picked this up for the Analogue Pocket to trade pokemon from Gold/Silver with my son's Analogue Pocket. Worked perfectly, so this seems to be a good replication of the OEM cable at a great price.

It worked as needed. The cable is good quality. The only thing I would change is the plug head is a little tight. It’ll probably wear down after a few uses but it was hard to put in and take out the first time.

Works as it should for the Gameboy Color to Gameboy Color for Pokemon transfer/trading. Plenty of other reviews specified that. Since I did not see any on the Printer aspect my review/pics/vid will focus on that. Pros: -Works -Snug fit -Good length -Low cost Cons: -Flimsy vs the OG cable -Double cost of eBay Overall this does what I needed it to. I did find it for half the price on another site but it has some questionable customer service and return policies. I paid the price on here as Amazon typically has great customer service and better return policies.

Because I have no friends and it's not the year 2000 anymore I needed a way to trade my Pokémon. Connects well and had no issues trading several times. Now I don't need friends, hooray!

It way to big for the Chromatic, which takes the game boy and game boy color cable. Some people say file it down but I'm not doing that.

Was extremely difficult to plug into the ports on both a Modretro Chromatic and an old Gameboy Printer. Felt like I was going to break my devices having to force it in but once connected it works perfectly fine. Hopefully it will wear out a bit to make it easier to plug/unplug in the future.

Worked as intended with Pokemon Gold & Silver! No issues so far! Friendly reminder, this does not work for GBA games only gameboy color like Gen 1 and 2 Pokemon.

Fits perfectly in both the standard gameboy advance and the gameboy advance SP. This cord (i guess meant for use in game boy colors?) allows you, for example, to trade between a gen 1 (gameboy classic) pokemon yellow game and a gen 2 (gameboy color) pokemon crystal game, whereas the cord MEANT for gameboy advance games worked fine for trading between gen 3 games (pokemon emerald and fire red), but did not work for the previously mentioned yellow and crystal games. So this cord is the fix for that problem. Worked great! And very cheap!

Son materiales baratos, pero funciona al 100%. Gracias a este cable pude completar mi pokedex en mi gameboy color original. Recuerden que es de gameboy color, si lo quieren usar en GBAdvance solo sirve y lo detecta si estás usando un juego de GB Color.
