UPDATED: 2nd ReviewI bought the first twin pack earlier this year and was very happy with them. The worked fine. I ordered another twin pack of exactly the same items in Sep 2022 and they are no where near as good and faulty. The 2 stalk positions were closer together which was my first issue and then the buttons stick if the plastic holding ring is tightened. Also the buttons have to be held down otherwise it will not enpty the cistern. Disappointing.1st ReviewTook 5 mins to replace the old flusher button. Very easy job

I ordered this item from this company and was slightly disbelieving that it would be here next day given that it was two pm when I ordered it. I received it early morning the following day and was able to complete my repairs prior to s property inspection. As luck would have it , I needed another two asap so repeated my order. Again , it was with me early morning the following day. Incredible service and a top quality product that is fully adaptable to the varying types of cistern we have in the hotel. Needed a replacement in a hurry these were perfect just the job

Overall I think it's a good product and I love the fact that I got 2, so I am all set for next time if needed.The only thing I would say is that the plastic screws that push the flashing systme down are too long. I had to cut them about 4 times to get to the correct lenght so the cover was sitting properly on the flashing unit.
