Great investment I have made for working out. Multiple functions in the gym. It’s always in my gym bag.

This item rocks. It lets you take the grip out do the equation for your rope exercises. Really helps with the mind-muscle connection. For sample, slip your palms into the loops and do some tricep push downs - takes the wrist joint and grip out of the equation. The only thing lifting the weight is your elbow joint extending. Just tried it on face pulls (it helped me pull at a slightly different angle), lat pullovers, tricep push downs, and it did not disappoint. Only downfall is that for my item, one strap is about 1cm longer than the other one. Noticeable when you compare your hands next to each other but probably doesn’t make a difference in reality. Just a small quality control issue.

This is a great attachment. The value is much better than buying 3 others attachments. The multiply loops is great to fine tune the movements. Been using for about a year and there have been no rips or seams breaking. Comfortable in the hand even at heavy weights. Length is just right for my pulldown machine but could vary. It helps it has a longer loop and shorter loop.

Love this for biceps triceps and face pulls. Works better that the classic rope in my opinion. Carry my own to the gym all the time and keep it in my bag.
