does this fluid replaces ATF-Z1?

ATF-Z1 is Dex3 with a friction modifier. This will cover that spec. As the trans ages & wears you may be better served by using a higher viscosity fluid such as AMSOIL ATF. If you are doing a drain & refill, the ffirst one is about 44% new fluid replacement. The 3rd. one will take you to 85%. Think diloution rate vs. volume.

Can this work w/ toyota camry 1999 uses dexron iii? also, can i mix other brand dexron iii (not for hi mileage) w/ this castrol atf for high mileage?

Yes and yes. However, in my experience, Dexron VI (even in an old worn transmission) will dramatically improve shift quality even in transmissions rated for Dexron III or Toyota Type IV (which is rebranded Dexron IV).
