Excelente
An excellent upgrade option over the original Sennheiser HD650 cable. When balanced, the audible improvement through a quality DAC dongle is very noticeable, and it's worth it. The terminations are good, and the connectors appear firm, robust, and of good quality.

Universally better upgrade to the OEM cable
This is a perfect quality-of-life (and feature) upgrade for the HD 6XX/650. A much better feeling cable than the OEM, with additional versatility in its ability to connect to balanced outputs. Lives on my 6XX now; when I want to listen single-ended I just use an adatper rather than going back to the pretty awful OEM.

Falls apart within a year
bought 2 of them over the last two years and they both have failed via the cable failing at the connectors (one of the three smaller cables will rip). Lowest price for 4.4mm balanced though so you get what you pay for. Might be worth investing alittle more for a better cable and I will be getting one with a braided cable to see if that helps with this issue however

Broke way too quickly
I had the product for 2-3 months and the wire pulled apart from the pins and broke from normal everyday use. The sound quality was great. The build quality was not.

Nice cable
This is a really great cable. No microphonics. The assembled cable is quite flexible. The jack is high quality. The looks are really good. Left side is left side and right side is right side. You can't ask for more.

It’s a cable
Feels very premium, connectors are a tight fit and there’s no noise or interference. I’ll let it known if anything else comes up.

Noticeable Bad Cord Sound
The cable itself performs as expected with no real difference to the original cable that came with my HD 650's. It is a bit strange/annoying having them lead to a 7.7mm male which may in many cases (including my own) may require some sort of adapter to be useable which may be the reason for the "largely refunded" description I saw on the cable. The annoying sound comes from the cable itself when moving your head in any form you can hear the cable moving & scraping around the connection point, it's mostly only auidble when nothing is playing through the headphones but it's definitely something I noticed straight away. Overall I'd say stick with the original cable your Sennheisers come with, especially if you have to go through the hassle of getting an adapter.

very good product
This cable is a very good complement to my FIIO BTR15 DAC/AMP. The 4.4mm balanced connection with my Sennheiser 6XX headphone helps bring out more details and bass extension I never experienced before.
