Great for removing smells
I live in the back of the building where the porter stores all the trash. Even with my windows closed, the smell still enters. I bought this because it was highly recommended by a neighbor. It works well. Just make sure you use the silver plate provide, or it will burn a hole through your table surface. I didn't see the metal plate in the box, so I placed it on the window edge. When it completed, it burned through the paper I placed underneath as well as the wood surface.

great smell and burns for a little over an hour for me! mine also came with the tray for it, but i'd recommend still putting this on something fire proof.

Scent is not very good. It is ok. I have been avoiding using it regularly, since I bought this brand. I used the doop bought in local store before, it was much better.

These have clearly been made with some oil to bind them - they burn and emit a terrible rancid smell - kind of fishy - which to me smells like rancid oil. I suspect these have been sitting for a while and they’re not fresh. Unfortunately it completely overpowers the sandalwood.

Someone had gifted me a pack of this and it was good, so I But the packs I received through this seller were not getting used up fully. So I sun dried it for sometime and then it was fine. The product otherwise is a good one and lasts for half an hour.

The Mysore Sandal Dhoop has a pleasant and authentic sandalwood fragrance. It burns evenly and lasts a decent amount of time. The pack of 12 boxes is good value for money. Ideal for daily use and puja purposes. Very happy with the purchase!
