I have been using this for YEARS
I have been using this same tea for YEARS and am not tired of it. Every evening. Double bags + honey. Every single time I try to switch it up and try something new, I end up going right back to these. Delicious and calming! Great wind down beverage.

Must Have! Love this tea!!!
I look forward to this tea every evening! It’s part of my nighttime routine and my brain and body know it’s time to wind down as soon as I brew this tea! I’ve given away multiple boxes to friends and now they’re saying the same thing - it’s lovely and does the job of getting your mind and body on its way to a state of relaxation. It is not harsh, tastes delicious and doesn’t need anything added to it. I love this tea!!!!

Tasty inexpensive way to combat anxiety and soothe the central nervous that is often overwhelmed these days. Great for healthy holiday gift giving to include in a basket of goodies or as stocking stuffers. Your friends and family will want to get more. I can't buy enough!

Helps calm down after hectic day.
Nice mild flavor. Perfect soothing tea to wind down at bedtime with. It does seem to help me relax. Passed along a box to my daughter and now she is sold.

Great product but manufacturered different from Amazon
I highly recommend this tea for its properties. I've seen how it calms my Mother after her breathing treatment. However Yogi must have changed their bags. They fall apart and you can no longer pull the string off. My mother gets bits and some times a mouth full of raw tea from her travel mug. We tend to encounter this from the Amazon inventory. When I buy this same tea from a grocery store. They have the old sturdy bags that you can easily slide the string off. Please go back to this.

This is my absolute favorite tea
I bought a sample box that had this tea in it. That’s when I knew it would become my favorite. It has a light flavor. It smells wonderful. You can honestly drink it warm or cold. I just boil water and put one teabag in a 16 oz cup. It usually has to sit a few hours before I get around to drinking it. It’s not too strong a few hours later, even though the teabag is still in it. Give it a try if you light lavender this tea is sure to become your favorite tea also.
