Tap is excellent with a very good finish. My plumber was impressed with tap quality but buying through Amazon is difficult. Tap suddenly couldn’t be delivered and told to contact if no refund received. Had to contact supplier via Amazon customer services as no refund received. Refund agreed. Purchased from plumbworld slightly cheaper than from Manufacturers shop on Amazon.

I installed it myself, using instructions and complementary hansgrohe youtube tutorials. Quite easy to do, just make sure you have enough space under the basin for the fixations. Great to use every day, the tap is soft and easy to pull which is great when you have dirty hands in the kitchen. Good water pressure, convenient height, and looks good.

I was nervous about this tap having read the reviews about poor flow rate. In summary, the tap is very nice and good quality. The flow rate IS worse than my old tap and only just acceptable, but it’s easy to fit, works smoothly and feels good quality. The flow is nice and smooth, but I do wish it was just a little bit more powerful. I have a combi boiler so I definitely think it wouldn’t be suitable for a gravity system. It’s perfectly usable and I’m sure I’ll get used to it. So many taps don’t even state what the flow rate is. It was very easy to fit, although the instructions are shocking - just pictures with no words and including some pictures that aren’t even for your model. It took me ages to work out what the Green maintenance tool was even for. Time will tell how long it remains drip free but it’s a nice tap for the price compared to some others with similar functionality.

This tap is a great addition to the kitchen. It's stylish, love the pull out functionality and isn't imposing at all.

Spent ages looking for a black tap for my kitchen. Settled on this one, was initially very impressed however soon realised the flow was so underpowered (we have lots of water pressure round here) that the pull out spout performed very poorly, then after a few months of keeping anything abrasive or chemically strong away from the tap, the paint on the handle started peeling. Not sure how long the warranty is for but if I can't get a replacement handle, I might go for the stainless steel version of this tap without the pull out spout as it is a really nice tap.

We purchaced this tap to go with a new black sink we had installed in the kitchen. Hansgrohe were recommended to us by a plumber as one of the few quality products he used. It looked great when installed but after just a few months the outer black coating began to come off. This was without it being hit and just from normal use

Looks gorgeous, but horrific quality. The black paint is bubbling and peeling off everywhere. Only ever used dishwashing soap for cleaning and no abrasives. Started about 1 year after purchase. It looks ridiculous now with lots of silver shining through. Their customer service was useless and didn’t help at all. Completely disappointed in Hansgrohe, especially for that price

Ich mach es kurz: Erstklassige Schlauchführung, da "schoppert" nichts, da klemmt nichts. Perlator und Druck ist ein Traum - soft bis stark und dabei butterweich. Installation ist unproblematisch (mit variabler Hebelstellung, je nach Wunsch). Design erstklassig und Ausführung hochwertig. Wir sind begeistert. Der Preis ist absolut in Ordnung. Einziger Punkt, der zu beachten ist: die Grundplatte an der Spüle ist oval und nicht rund. Das kann (muss nicht) bei Verwendung auf gebrauchter Spüle zu sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren der alten Armatur führen. Kaufempfehlung.
