These were rather expensive and took a while to get here, but I really like these parchment sheets. I usually use the "If you care" parchment on a roll and don't like it as much because the paper is hard to cut using the box. These are obviously "cheaters" and will naturally cost more. I reuse the sheets as much as possible for that reason. They're plenty sturdy for reusing.
