H&P notebook - Medical History and Physical notebook, 100 medical templates with perforations

I originally got this for my boyfriend when he started 3rd year medical school rotations and he absolutely loved it. He said it is great especially for IM. It helped him organize his thoughts and notes and not forget to ask anything. He then got one for me and I agree! This is super helpful especially for medical students and interns, as they may need a little more guidance. It could also be helpful for senior residents and attendings, but less necessary since they are more experienced and may not need that level of guidance.

Great to use during third year rotations though there’s not a lot of space… use it more as a guide to help you in history taking

This past month I rotated at the Emergency Department at Texas Tech University in Fort Worth. That book helped me organize my patient information and present it in an accurate, concise, and logical manner - which is a must in the ED. Ultimately, I was able to achieve a "High Pass" for the rotation, largely due to the help of your product. Thanks for everything, guys!

I am a 3rd year medical student and I use the H&P Notebook all the time. It’s ROS section has made my life a hell of a lot easier, as it’s thorough enough for most routine questions and not nearly as overwhelming as the full ROS checklist that my university offers us. The only real issue I have with this product is the limited space for each section, as I am currently in my internal medicine rotation seeing in-hospital patients and topics like “Medication list” or PMH can be very long for some of these patients. Otherwise, this product is perfect and I plan on ordering a few more right now.

I bought this notebook before starting my clinical rotations. It is helpful but has very small boxes to fill in for some of the history information. It also runs out very quickly and is slightly overpriced in my opinion. I bought it once to help take histories and now don't use it at all. Will not be buying another.
