Do these fit the Taurus with the ambidextrous decocker?

Yes it will fit the Taurus PT100/40cal. With the slide-decocker.

Can you use the stock grip screws with these grip panels?

Yes ! they worked fine on my TAURUS PT 92 AFS . Stock srews worked fine. I hope this helped you out. J. W. Hawk

will these work with original screws from gun

I think that depends on the gun. Some say yes, but my experience was different. I have a Taurus PT92 AFS-D with the decocker, and the original screws did NOT work. Only the ones at the top of the grips would even attach, and that was difficult - the stock screws are too short, or the cavities in the grips aren't deep enough. Plus, when attached with only the top screws, the decocker lever wouldn't move at all, so I couldn't de-cock the firearm with these grips half-attached using the original screws. I returned the item, thus I haven't tried it on this particular gun with a set of aftermarket screws and bushings. YMMV.
