Your strings feel and perform like new after 6 months. How cool is that? They don't oxidize at all due to the protective layer. I actually really like how they feel too. Have to change to elixir on all of my guitars and all of my friends guitars.

Un amigo me recomendo estas cuerdas yo usaba Ernie Ball. La verdad si me quedo con las Elixir. Desde que las puse no se ha oxidado ninguna cuerda, se sienten diferente al inicio dado la capa protectora que tienen, pero nada que uno no se acostumbre.

I'm reviewing the 10-59 electric 7 string set. I was skeptical to spend more on a set of coated strings again. I tried elixers years ago when they first came out and they were not very good. I'm getting ready to record, so I thought I'd give them a shot again. They have definitely changed things, and they're amazing. I don't think I will ever buy another kind again. I can tune from standard 7 string tuning to A standard with no issue. The sustain is there, the tone is there. They stayed in tune very fast compared to standard strings.
