木製の取っ手が付いていないのをあえて選択しました。リフターを持っていないのであればお勧めはしません。ミトンやタオルでも厳しいかと思います。厚手の皮手袋は必要なくらい熱くなります。かなり重くよくできています。オープンな鉄板なら問題は有りません。底がフラットしか持って居ませんでしたので楽しみです
