Glass Gems - Clear Luster (48 oz.)

The iridescent luster is a thin coating on the surface, so depending on what they are being used for, it could wear off.

I bought these to fill up a small flower pot on my desk that has fake tulips. This was the perfect solution. The amount of rocks was exactly what I needed to fill up the little pot. They are large and sturdy enough to hold up the tulips which were all bound together. The flowers are up high so you can't see the rocks but if I had this on a table that was visible it also looks very nice. Great find!

These gems were perfect for my needs. The color is vibrant, a true teal. It comes packaged in a plastic jar the screws shut, with a pad inside to protect during shipping, so all gems were in tact. I had well over 50 stones (probably between 60-70). Overall this was a great purchase.Photos compare size and thickness to a quarter.

Needed some glass gems for a plant humidity tray, and these fit the bill perfectly. Bought another brand initially, but was not happy with them, as they were clear gems that had just been coated with red coloring. The Gemnique gems (in red) were colored all the way through--no worries about the coloring flaking or bubbling off after being submerged in water.Came very well packaged--gems were in a hard plastic jar, with a foam insert at the top to keep them from rattling around. Each jar was in it's own small cardboard box. I ordered two 4 lb jars (of the "standard" size)--no broken or cracked gems in either jar. They worked perfectly for the humidity tray, and look fantastic.

For the most part the gems were what I expected. What dissapointed me was that a lot of them were dull looking and had no luster. I've bought gems before and they always had a beautiful shine which is what makes them attractive. I used the gems for a mason jar solar light. I will continue to purchase but would like to see that luster on all of the gems. Then I could say they are definitely worth the money as they are a little expensive side.

I decorated 8 tables for our class reunion with 3 different tiered clear vases on each table (24 vases). I filled the bottom of each vase using red and blue (our school colors) glass gems. Then I filled all the vases with water leaving an inch or so at the top of the vase and then put floating white candles in the top of the vases. They looked classy and lovely. A perfect centerpiece without a lot of fuss. One 48 oz. container of each color was enough to fill all 24 vases. And the price was great also. Very happy with this product.

Well I used these gems during my trainings and meetings as Icebreakers I created some cool gem icebreaker questions. All you need is cardstock paper, mod podge, & the gems. They came out great, good quality gems. 3XL size I believe that's the size

Purchased two 48 ounce containters for the Amber mini glass gems as accent fill for a table lamp constructed from a Willett Pot bottle, The amber color and size were perfect for this application. I would use these mini gems again in the future if I have a similar project.
