Great pie plate!
Wow! I am so blown away by this pan! It works exactly as it says. I can’t attest to how it would do for a quiche but my pie crusts are amazing, flaky $ easily removed from the pan, just follow instructions on how to remove.

Ingenious pie pan, best ever!
If you’re an experienced pie maker as I am your crusts are likely fantastic as well, but this Jean Lemond, Aunt Lisa’s Pie & Tart Pan with its non-stick, perforated sides and bottom is a game changer for all pie crusts, especially those ordinarily that must be pre-baked. The perforated sides and bottom of the pan allows even heat distribution so the crust bakes perfectly crispy and evenly throughout and easily holds up to up to custards and fruit fillings without getting soggy. The non-stick surface assures the crusts don’t stick to the pan and the removable bottom allows the transfer of the crust from the pan without breakage and its dishwasher safe so cleanup is also a snap. I ordered one as an experiment, but I’m going to order more for baking multiple pies during the holidays and plan to jettison my heavier glass and ceramic pie pans that take up so much space in my cabinets.

Love it!
This is a game changer. I am able to make lovely galettes and pies that are deep and have lovely crisp pie crusts. No soggy bottoms! The removable bottom is perfect for get the pie or galette out of the pan so everyone can see the golden brown crust. Love it!

Solid and well made
Solid and well made. I first saw this pan used when my friend made an apple pie. It was phenomenal. The holes in the pan make the pie crust flaky. I can’t wait to use it myself.

Holes great for crispy crusts
Holes produce a crisp crust as moisture can escape from pastry crust. These pans are handwash. But worth it to keep crusts crisp longer. And keep my fuzzy husband's complaints to a minimum. At least with pies. The finish will come off with time if any scrubbing is done. And sometimes, especially with pie filling syrup, that is necessary.

Can’t recommend this pan enough
I received this pan this afternoon after taking a quiche class where a removable bottom was recommended. The issue I have always had is without par baking, the crust never browns. I saw this pan with perforations and decided try it. OMG, it worked perfectly. The crust browned nicely and the Quiche easily slid off easily. Love the results!
