Awesome book. Very detailed about all the things I needed to know about making candles.

It’s a good book. It gets straight to the point. It’s really a book full of information that may be useful if you really are in the dark about how to get started. It’s got some really good reminders. I feel like this book talks about the candle making business, not about how to start a business. Get a business book for that. I like “LLC Beginner's Guide” by Steven Carlson. Also a free read with kindle. You sign up for kindle, you’re already making a smart business move because these books are expensive. Anyways, get started with making candles, especially if you desire to do so. Don’t listen to small minded people. Don’t be afraid to do it alone. You’ve got this :)

I loved Grace Holmes’s book on Candlemaking and the business side. It was great to have access to definitions, techniques, advice on the legal side of the business and how to market and sell your candles .I needed this information and she also confirmed / reiterated advice I received from a marketing consultant prior to reading her book.I strongly and highly recommend this book to anyone interested in starting a candle business. I wish I had read her book a year ago before starting my business. But better late than never!!It was a great reading and learning experience for me .Felicia P

I'm new to candle making and interested in launching my own candle business one day. I've found this book by Grace Holmes to be an amazing help. There are two parts, one focusing on the basics of getting started; while the other gives more advanced advice like pricing the products. There is even a glossary of terms! I recommend this book for anyone desirous of going into the candle business.
