Very user friendly, Light weight yet very durable and comfortable. Sound is perfect, mute feature is great. The color is as advertised. Cord has plenty of length. Highly recommend.

My students like the sound quality.It's comfortable. This headset is reversible, so you can wear it on either ear. It's comfortable - not too tight, but stays secure in place.It's useful with nice features. The cord is long, and I like that it has the settings on the cord, so it's easy to use.It might matter to you that it feels a little overly flexible and could be sturdier, but that doesn't matter to me at all, because it's a great value, the best value that also does just what I need. I'm very happy with this headset, and I would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this Headset because I'm starting to work remotely and it has exceeded my expectations! The noise-canceling microphone is fantastic, ensuring that I'm heard clearly during online meetings. The in-line control is very convenient for adjusting volume and muting the microphone quickly.The headset is also incredibly comfortable to wear, even during long sessions. The sound quality is clear and crisp, making it perfect for both professional and casual use. It works seamlessly with my laptop, and I haven't experienced any issues with connectivity.

I was so happy to receive my order just find out my headset doesn’t work at all with my windows 11. I ended having to cancel my schedule for the rest of this week and some of the following week . This was a disappointment, however you get what you pay for. However working from home in a call center position, it’s always good to have a backup headset. Customers weren’t able to hear me , but I could hear them. It seems that the headset mic was damaged or just not working at all. This is definitely I bad look. I could also loose my job behind this. Please 🙏🏽 pay for a much better quality product!!

I ordered several different headsets to test to see which ones we should order for the call center office I manage. These worked alright. They were comparable with the median sound quality I'd found, but the comfort level made them unusable for any sort of long term use. The ear piece and the other side don't have any sort of wiggle adjustment, so the angle can't be adjusted. Using the band adjustment does not fully solve the issue which means for most people, at least one side of the headset won't be sitting flush with their ear/head. This makes it extremely uncomfortable for long term use. I personally wouldn't even use it for just occasional remote meetings. After mere minutes, the headset bothered me so much I had to remove it.In summary, it works like a headset should, but the discomfort makes it unusable for long term.

I work 100% remote and have a ton of Teams meetings throughout the week. Since I live in a condo with my boyfriend, the best area for setup is our dining room area. Our schedules don’t mess super well so he is home while I work and I’d have to hush him when he’s in the kitchen or jump up to turn the tv down. My ole Apple wired headphones were picking up every sound, from our air purifier (on low, mind you), sounding like a helicopter, our cat’s tiny meows or if my boyfriend was on the phone all the way in the other side of our place. I wanted something that would deliver quick and would cut out background noise. This was super affordable and I’m glad I have headphones I can keep instead of buying through work! My coworkers said I’m clear as day now, they can’t hear any background noise so that’s all I needed. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who works remotely!

rewriting my review...while the usb attachment still doesn't work I couldn't be happier with the headset. it uses the audio jack on my laptop. sound quality is noticeably better, says my co-workers/clients. It's light and it not only will conform to your head, but it will stay that way so you don't have to adjust it every time you put it on. It's soooo light I even forget I'm wearing it!!
