The surface duo is amazing... The accessories are trash... The earpiece worked once and only once... Now they won't come on or anything...the stand is pretty good but the Bluetooth buds are trash!! Skip the bundle just get the device...

Considering it was $200 less than at AT&T and came with multiple accessories,and had only one review, I was a bit worried that there was some kind of gimmick, that this deal was too good to be true...but decided to take a chance as I've never had an issue with an Amazon purchase.It arrived one day early and is exactly as described and all the extras in the image were in the box.As far as the phone itself, LOVE it. The size is perfect. The double screen is a great asset.If dropped, it will probably crack, even with the bumper, however that is true of most phones. The speaker could be better, but if you've read up on this device, you already knew that.I don't know that I'd be happy paying $700+, as but at $519 with the head phones included, I feel I have scored. Not exactly sure what the pen does but I'll figure it out.

Is this the fastest phone out there? No. Does it have a great camera or battery life? No. Two screens that let you get the most out of a phone? Oh yeah!I picked this up during the fire sale for around 400. At that price point it is quite impressive. Battery lasts me most of a day and the two screens really up my enjoyment. Best ereader I own and the initial bugs that it had when first released have been smoothed out. Heck, Microsoft even got around to updating the android version....eventually.

I had this phone once before and loved it. Unfortunately the 2 purchased off the Amazon site were defective. The first one wouldn’t turn on so a replacement was sent. The 2nd one just flickered even after I’d been to the AT&T store for set up. I had to return that one as well

BAD:my main complaint is that the screens are not the same brightness out the box. Maybe there is a setting that will help me match up the screen brightness/colors. I dont know.the included wacom ballpoint pen is cool but not necessary for the Surface Duo.I didnt receive the headphones or stand, I am not concerned about it but its a bit annoying to see the listing with extras that I did not receive.GOOD:the price for a brand new in the box Duo.Be aware of the seller. I thought I was buying from Microsoft.

I love the bundle that came with the Surface. The stand,pen, headphones and bumper all work great. The Duo has been a great pick up for me.
