Nice quality product.
Nice way to mount your jack and has a way to lock the jack on so it won’t get stolen easily.

Great Product!
This product installed easily on my 99 Jeep Cherokee. I drilled the 8 holes needed for installation in the front bumper, and wiggled my hand up in behind the bumper with an open-ended wrench to get nuts on the end of the bolts, had a helper run a ratchet on the outside of the bumper to tighten the bolts down, and it was good to go. I like it mounted to the front bumper because it's out of the way and slightly counterbalances any weight I put in the back of the vehicle. It mounts a jack very firmly while still allowing it to be easily removed when needed. I also like that I can put locks on the jack to keep people from stealing it when I'm out in the middle of nowhere. This product works very well for its intended purpose, and can be installed in about 15 minutes depending on where it is mounted. Very satisfied!

Might want to have extra hardware in hand
They are rock solid and work as intended.I have one major issue with the product and that's the paltry hardware kit.The screws need to be longer, it needs to come with more flat washers and more lock washers. In addition 2 more of the mounting caps would be nice. One underneath and one to go over top of the lift. Seems to me it would secure it better and give it a nice finished look. Can't imagine that you would want to mount the brackets without using at least a flat washers on each side.Only other issue I ran into was finding a good place to mount it. I wanted on the bumper but not in the way of anything. Unfortunately the stock Jeep bumpers are, for the most part, all plastic. So for my taste the best I could do was put it on top of the front bumper.I love where it is mounted and I am overall happy with the product

Why spend $60 on the other guys?
\I first made the mistake in buying the Loc-Rac mounting system first which I returned to get this. I looked at this product so it would be secured and locked and not pay $60. I have in mounted behind my window in the bed of my truck and it works great. After its in and the jack mounted there are 2 places to insert a lock to deter lazy theifs from stealing your precious jack. It comes with decant instructions and all hardwear required. A WARNING to all who buy! Measure 2 twice and then measure again especially if you did mount to the floor of your bed where the surface is uneven. There are supporting brackets underneath your truck and if your not careful you will be drilling unnecessary holes in your vehicle and no one wants that to happen.(Didn't happen to me Thank God) Or the jack will not fit properly and you'll have to enlarge on of the holes in the jack so it slides to the bottom (that did happen to me lol). Which it didn't turn out bad at all because it was one of the upper most hole and I won't be jacking that high with the jack. I got lucky! So just be careful!

Install worked on my CJ-5, but the holes didn't line up.
I was able to install this on my 1981 Jeep CJ-5. I thought it would be pretty easy, but it didn't line up with the bolts on the rear frame. This left me with the choice to either drill out the bracket, drill out the bumper, or weld it on. I decided to use the metal glue gun. :)Unfortunately, I had to install my Hi-Lift Jack upside down, due to the space between the bumper and the wheel mount (31" tires). This meant, I had to create a way to hold the handle to the jack so it doesn't hit the ground.Honestly, it is a bracket. Pretty much some customization will have to happen, especially on a 40 year old Jeep. I do like the how the "clamps" hold the jack in place. That is well designed, but some fabrication might be required. It does sit very nicely against the rear of the Jeep. No worries on hitting it while going 4x4'ing.

Heavy duty means HEAVY DUTY.
It DID come late but I'm not complaining because this is the secure HiLift mount you need. Be warned the mounts are larger than most but for good reason. I run a Voodoo Fabrication rack which is a solid steel full size rack with a CVT full size tent on a 2017 Tacoma WITH a bed cover. This was one of the few rack systems that allowed the use of a cover with a rack so my options were limited. The rack itself is very modular but the mounts were so large I had to custom fabricate (drill 8 holes and make a rear mounting plate) the mount to work with the rack. It sets the HiLift off of the rack just enough to clear the CVT tent cover when it comes off which is perfect because it allows me to roll up the cover and tuck it in between the HiLift and the rack so it won't catch snow/rain/dirt etc. It does fit close enough that my mirror is still sticking out farther than the HiLift (which is what I wanted) Short review: buy, but be aware it is a large mount. I can actually hang on it and I'm 165lbs. Bonus: there are precut holes for a decent size lock to secure it to the post and its quick access on and off. Oh, lastly (I never write long reviews haha) I am OCD about rattling: there is ZERO rattle when plowing through washboard roads.

Hy lift jack mount
First thing it is American made and very sturdy. Definitely heavy duty, I mounted it on my tool box, but you have to use backers for the hardware. I like it…
