3.5 Stars if possible.
I love this tripod. I use it to prop up my iphone or tablet for easy eye level viewing, however this is my 4th-5th one as I find that after some use, one of the legs will snap off. If there were a metal rod insert closer to the top, I think this would last for years. But for the price, it's hard not to re-purchase every time I break it. Maybe if you're gentle and don't pivot the legs around too often, it'll last longer. Definitely a bargain buy.

Very easy and good
The tripod is good, and the fact that it comes with a level bubble is super convenient, very durable.

Tripod OK, mount is loose
The tripod has done anything I wanted. But the mount is not solid. The thread for the camera is via a short screw in the detachable piece. It has a round head and is in a round hole, so nothing mechanical can hold the screw when tightening the camera. You can remove the piece and have access to the screw to tighten a bit more, but that makes little difference. There's enough play that the camera still wobbles. Maybe a washer would help? A hex head screw with a hex plastic hole to hold it would have been much better design. I'm thinking I should glue down the screw.I had to make every photo have a 10 second delay to wait for all the vibration to stop. And I couldn't get a solid aim point either. There would be a small sag or movement just from my pushing the button to take the time-delay snapshot. I could deal with it at this price.

Exactly what I needed!
These spider tripods were out of stock for the longest time, but I finally caught them in stock, and I love it! I'll be using these for secondary flash units most often, but also for those low-to-the-ground cheesy K9 crystal ball shots at the river. The spider legs will let me get really low and have a nice wide stance on the uneven river rocks. (See the simulated river rocks made of Switch games in the photo.)

So so so worth it. Perfect in between.
Yes! So happy I bought this! Going on vacation and don't feel like bringing my full size tripod, its lightweight but just not feasible. But on those times I don't bring it there always some low light photo that would be perfect but gosh darn breathing and hand shake gets in the way. Bam. $10 fix. One of my photography friends is going to buy one after I showed him mine. Light weight, versatile, and stabile! I was afraid of perching my camera and lenses on it but it's very solid! Haven't taken it out yet but so far, I'm super happy! Works with my Nikon D3300 and my Nikon A900. Quick detach head is a God send.

Decent trupod
The product works well and does its job. It's stiff enough to hold a fairly heavy DSLR but also bendy enough to fit it into whatever position fits your needs. After I had opened my package I found that the tripod was already damaged, unfortunately. The seam where the two parts connecting to the ball that gave the tripod its range of motion was seperating, making it difficult to handle my camera at certain angles.

Good value considering a cheaper knock-off
The tripod is as advertised. The materials are on the plasticy or cheaper side, but the tripod works perfectly. I have no complaints. Given the price, this is an excellent deal!Update: Two of the legs separated from the base on my first use. This was easily fixed with some epoxy. Again, it's a consideration of value because the price was so low. However, to be fair, the stars should be docked one from a 4 to a three.
