Great stuff, except old stock
There are three things to consider- the chemical, the brand/value, and what I received.Chemical, 4 stars: After 5 weeks of pain in my foot, I finally went to a podiatrist who diagnosed metatarsalgia and said I should do various things, most of what I was already doing (like icing, shoe changes, rest, etc). One of those things was to use diclofenac three times a day for several weeks. I had never heard of it before, but they supplied a tube of this EXACT brand, but smaller (50g) for $10. I used it for day after day with no results. Then, at day 7 I noticed less pain, and day 8 a very significant difference. So it does work, but it can take quite a while, probably depending on the type of injury and location (topical on tough foot sole to reach deep is probably a challenge). Zero side effects. I don't know if this is going to just reduce pain or help with actual healing, or both.Brand, 5 stars: (Dr. Reddy's) Made in India, but don't care much. This was prescription stuff only 3 years ago. What was $300 a month is now peanuts. This tube is the same brand as what my podiatrist sold, only 3 times as big and for the same price. That is amazing. It is well-packed and well-labeled and easy to use. Costco has their brand for even less, but supposedly has a horrible perfume added and this does not, which is another reason why I went with this brand. I *hate* perfumes/smells added to products. What I received, 3 stars: This is the only problem. It is late Sept 2023 and the tube expires Feb 2024. That is just FIVE MONTHS! The small tube of the SAME product from the podiatrist expires after 1 year and 7 months- far more reasonable. There is no indication how long this stuff is "good" after "expiration". So I expect the manufacturer is probably producing this brand with a 2 year shelf life and what I was sent was very old stock.Overall, I will still give it 5 stars because if you need something that works, know the limitations that it might take several days to work, and aren't bothered by possible quick expiration (which is likely NOT typical), then this is a great value/buy.

As good as Voltaren
Product is very effective at a lower price and larger size. The only thing better is not having arthritis.

Really works
This stuff really works. It’s got a light citrus/lemon scent and isn’t sticky or greasy. Bring topical, it targets exactly the areas you need help with fighting inflammation. I have used this product for many years and highly recommend it.

use this gel twice a day
I'm so glad Amazon made this available online because I use this gel everyday and it helps my muscle pain and joint pain. I'd rather do this, than take a bunch of pain medications orally.

Great product
Works like voltarin but a lot better price. I also use my store brand but if they are out I can order on Amazon. Works well.

Works as well as name brand..
This is the generic of the name brand Volten. Works as well! Much cheaper too. Would recommend, instead of purchasing the name brand. We can’t tell a difference.

Meh…
While the shipping and packaging were great this product falls flat. It’s sticky and I didn’t feel any pain relief. Might work for slight pain but didn’t help me.
