I have been taking it for a few months and as other people's stated it does make you jittery I started taking one with breakfast and one at lunch and I find it is better for me and gives me the energy I need and it's not so jittery feeling. During these last two months I had a injury where I can't exercise like I had been and I still dropped a few lbs. I'm ordering more today and I hope this review helps you out.

I am not caffeine sensitive, I enjoy drinking coffee and energy drinks, due to the media hype surrounding this product I bought the offer of buy 3 for £80. I was horrified at the caffeine level in this product - 1 capsule contains 400mg of caffeine, the recommended daily dosage is 2 capsules TWICE the daily recommended allowance of caffeine. After researching the Ketone product on other websites the actual recommended dose of raspberry ketones is 1,000mg per capsule to effectively help you to loose weight. With this product the raspberry content is only 300mg! per capsule! If you are going to buy Raspberry ketones do your research, buy them from a reputable website don't make the same costly mistake as I did. Please do not buy this product it is potentially dangerous to your health. Had to give this a star rating otherwise not allowed to put on this review my start rating for this product is ZERO out of five.

These supplements were okay, but I like the Raspberry Ketone Burn better. I went after these for the price. I got them at a really good deal, and they were shipped very quickly. Could be maybe these are a lower mg. Thank you.

I thought the product was only going to have Rasperry Ketone, but when I got it there is Green Tea, Chromium, L-Theanine and 400 mg of Caffeine. Very disappointed!! Total waste of money, I don't think I can take it with all that caffeine.
