Sudden Change Under-Eye Firming Serum

Excellent product

Sudden Change Under-Eye Firming Serum (sold by Product Resort) is TOPICAL and not very flexible on the skin. It sits on the skin and dries like a plastic barrier--similar to liquid band aid. Like liquid band aid, it also gets white and flaky around the edges almost immediately (especially in areas with movements.) I’m giving it One (1) star. Dark circles become more visible once the product tightens the skin. The instructions suggested mixing the product with a little foundation for coverage BUT achieving coverage WITHOUT losing the tightening of the skin AND the bags reappearing--could become extremely time-consuming and disappointing. If you are able to master this you would be happy with the product. BUYER BEWARE! The product is time-consuming and difficult to use, but it does tighten the skin within a few minutes. (Experiment so you don’t get the plastic surgery, hard-to-blink wide-eye look.) I tried to order one (1) bottle, but a box of six (6) arrived at my house. Apparently, I didn’t notice that the seller listed the quantity in the name. Red flags did not go up because (1) “miracle in a bottle” tends to be expensive. (2) Quantity selection has always been a separate and deliberate step with every other item I’ve ordered from Amazon over the years, so I did not expect ordering this item would be different. (I might have paid more attention to the description if it wasn’t the only match that popped up among a list of other unmatched items when I did the search.) Amazon contacted Product Resort a day after I received the order to see if I could return the unintended (extra) 5 items, but it’s been two weeks and the seller has not responded. This cost me close to $65.00—as of today, 3/28/18, it’s now listed for $75.82. I hope this does not happen to anyone else—especially because Product Resort's customer service has been questionable so far.

Absolutely is great product

While not perfect, this works better than expensive serums. I don't like the way it feels to the touch. However, I invested at one point in a cream that went on better, but was 6times more expensive, lasted a shorter period of time, and felt the same on my face as this does. The awful bags under my eyes are considerably less. I put it on my finger and apply it where it is needed and let it dry. If I am going out for an evening I reapply it and makeup. A good product for the money. BUT recently I have been having trouble with the top (which is also the dropper, It just stops working and is hard to open. There is liquid in the dropper but it does not move when I squeeze them to. When it happened initially I figured I had not closed it correctly and it dried up in the gripper BUT it happened again when I was being super careful.

This eye firming serum works great!! But in the last 4 bottles I have purchased, the dropper gets stuck inside the bottle, and the squeeze top detaches from the dropper, and the product is useless, cause if you try to get the dropper out, it breaks off, then you have to throw it out. This happens about half way through use of the serum. This is very frustrating, and ends up being a big waste of $$$. I wish the maker of this product would solve this problem. Clearly I am not the only customer experiencing this issue.

It works fine for me. But take your time and let it dry with the use of a fan. Then you can add more if needed. But it does elevate the puffiness and it does leave a white finish only if you don’t let it dry properly.

This product does work very well. In about 5 minutes after putting a few drops on the old eye bags, they do shrink up and tighten up. After its dry on your eyes, the skin feels very tight like there is glue or something on it. Very uncomfortable feeling. A sticky feeling, too. But unfortunately, the tightening effect does last very long, for me, it lasts about 15 minutes, then the eyes bags return. As soon as you start to feel the tightening, stickiness effect lessen, that means the eye bags and wrinkles are returning to normal. Plus it leaves a whitish film on the skin, depending on how much you use. In addition, the liquid will dry up in the neck of the bottle so as to make unscrewing the cap difficult and the rubber eye drop cap can separate from the glass dropper as you try to unscrew it, which happened to me. So all in all, if the effect lasted hours as the advertising claims, then I would have given it 5 stars. But the effect, at least in my case, didn't last long. If you're after a novelty product this will do the job as you can see how you look without the old eye bags. I am 66 and it was cool to see my eye bags shrink, if for only 15 minutes! It's kind of a waste of money if you're looking for some serious eye bag reducing results that last.

Great product - really works and stays on for hours even when sweating. Only few drops required too much cakes. I dry with hairdryer after application.

I have been using this product for quite a number of years and it is fantastic. I always had difficulty finding it in the last few years because I cannot find it anywhere in Canada, and had to order from people going to visit U.S. but, now that Amazon ship it directly, it has been much easier. I usually order 6 bottles at a time and get it within a few days. I love this product and intend to use it for many years to come. You do have to be careful when applying it because if you apply too much, it becomes powdery and doesn't look nice. I use a wet Q-tip to spread evenly.
