Just Lovely! Healthy & easy!
Beautiful book, great looking recipes, bought for myself but so nice I gave as a Christmas gift!! Then I bought another one for myself!!!! Was going to just take pics of recipes I wanted, but too many good ones! Healthy recipes - much needed & thankful for - and fructose mal friendly!! Wow! Brief comments/ stories about recipes is charming & helpful, pretty pics too! Just wish conversions were there (to cups etc - uses weight based), as well as had to look up some names because we're British - ie rocket (arugula), aubergine (Eggplant), courgette (zucchini)!! Still, highly recommended!

Clear, easy and fantastic inspirational recipes for Fodmappers - l love this book 💕
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with IBS (of course!) in 2012. I had actually had gut issues plus all the Chronic Fatigue symptoms for several years prior to that but like so many people, l had a variety of different and unhelpful labels stuck on me until l found a specialised Doctor who really understood what was wrong with me. Committing to the Paleo diet helped a lot but l still had flare ups of gut issues which were more or less debilitating depending on - well, that was the question! Then l came across the Low Fodmap concept fairly recently, read up a lot about it and convinced myself that it might be worth a try. So glad l did, as despite it seeming to be even more restrictive than Paleo it has literally worked wonders for me and l never thought l could feel this well again. I've invested in 4 Fodmap recipe books as l love to cook and it simply isn’t possible to integrate “ready made” or industrial food into a Paleo or Fodmap healthy diet as so much stuff contains horrible ingredients and/or poisonous additives! You can agree or disagree with that last statement but it has proven to be true for me. Now for the review - l simply LOVE this book! Emma has laid it out beautifully, it has the best and most concise explanation of Fodmaps l have come across and best of all, the recipes are mouth watering, straightforward and make life simple, tasty and worth living on the Fodmap diet. Like a number of people l have come across, a few strict weeks on the diet have worked wonders but now l am almost afraid to move into the reintroduction phase in case it all slips away from me which would be devastating after several years of research and the hard work of trial and error plus these weeks on Low Fodmaps to get this far. But then l read how Emma put this reintroduction phase across and it suddenly all seems doable to me. I really can't thank her enough for sharing her story and caring enough to want to help others too. I’ve decided to go for the reintroduction phase very gently and l know that even once l've understood what my own personal worst trigger foods (Fodmaps) are, I'll still keep coming back to Emma's great recipes as quite honestly you could serve them up to anyone, never mention a Fodmap and they'd be none the wiser and probably love your offering! What more can l say? If any of this sounds familiar to you then please don't hesitate to invest in this book as I don't think you’ll regret it. I'm not affiliated in any way with Emma but l am filled with admiration! Thanks Emma 💕

Good Dessert Recipes
I purchased this cookbook because my daughter is needing to follow a FodMap diet and so far I have made desserts and they all have turned out yummy! The measurements are all in metric so I had to do a little research to ensure that I have the proper USA measurement equivalents. This is a good recipe book and would highly recommend it to anyone!
