I only wish I knew about this sooner
I'm a lefty with sub-par hand-eye coordination. When I paint my nails, my right hand usually looks okay... but then the left looks like a six-year-old did it. In the past, I've used nail polish remover wipes or nail polish remover drenched q-tips to clean up the excess. That went decently enough sometimes but also went catastrophically wrong too. Like qtip fuzz getting stuck on my nail or accidentally wiping off too much and having to start a whole nail over. This pen is an absolute game changer though. With the firm tip and its one flat edge, I can very precisely target the overflow of polish without taking out the good stuff. It does take a bit of oomph to get the polish off but I find that to be true of practically any nail polish remover, so I'm fine with that.I used this for the first time a little over a week ago and just used it for a second time . When I left it last time, almost the entire tip was coated in literal Barbie pink, so I was expecting to have to change the tip when I took it down today. In the intervening days, though, it seems to have completely broken down what was left on it, so I was able to use the same tip for two nail polish applications now. Eventually I'll find out if I need to break the spare out for the third use or if I can keep getting away with reusing the first one... But I figured two uses is good enough to base a review on for now.So, keeping in mind that this is specifically meant for cleaning up the mistakes and not full-on removing an entire nail polish job, I found this was a pretty incredible deal at $8.28.

Way better than using Q-Tips
The media could not be loaded. The OPI Correct Cleanup is a fantastic nail tool I just stumbled onto looking for OPI nail polish remover on an OPI shopping spree on Amazon. And let me tell you that this little charm is a game changer for nail cleanup after you’ve finished painting your nails. It’s so much better than the q-tips. It has an angled moisture soaking wick that you just dip into polish remover and you can really get to the nail sides so much better with that angled wick. I’ve messed up my nail so many times with q-tips and had to start over and those days are gone now. I can’t recommend this OPI Correct Cleanup enough.

I don’t understand how to use this thing?
Hoping someone will see this review & explain it to me lol. I guess that I can Google it but I wanted to post this review to show that it doesn’t come with very easy to follow instructions. In fact mine just came in the box but had no instructions attached to it. I don’t understand how to refill this piece or if it’s even refillable? I know it comes with two little brushhead things but I don’t understand how to clean them once they’ve been tarnished by a dark nail polish color. I only pretty much wear dark colors like black and red so almost immediately after using this for the first time it was stained red and from that point on Word it’s just been me dipping it into a little bowl of acetone to use for a couple seconds and then putting it away again. I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to be used and so I would love some guidance on that. But I also think the gist of my review is to explain that this is not very easy to use . Or maybe I’m just totally clueless and it is in fact very simple to use and I just missed the memo. I waited an extra 3 -4 weeks to get this because it was sold out/on back order. So I’m guessing it has to be worth something it’s that many people are buying it. But maybe a bunch of people are buying it just because of the OPI name and not because they actually know how to use it!! Lol?

Handy
I've been looking for this kind of thing for several years - glad I finally found it! Handy when doing personal manicures and I make a blob of a mistake.

Great Idea but Could Be Better
It's nice and it's a great idea--definitely something useful for a "girly girl" to do her own nails. When polish gets outside the lines, onto cuticles and skin, it'll come off with time, but this pen enables you to work it off sooner. This is especially handy if you have somewhere to be, like a date or wedding, and can't just wait for the excess polish to come off on its own. The thing is the tip doesn't necessarily get saturated with polish remover, so you have to work at it a bit, rubbing the spots and streaks and periodically wiping the tip off on something like a paper towel, tissue or piece of paper.Fortunately, being at the top of their game, OPI has thought to make this pen refillable and even include an extra tip. I haven't refilled mine yet, so I cannot say whether or not the process will be easy. Sounds so from the instructions, but the jury's still out on that. The price is certainly right, so it's a good idea to have one or two, plus they make good stocking stuffers. All in all, it's a great idea, certainly better than waiting for polish to work itself off and way more accurate than a cotton swap dipped in remover, but it does take some work. Would be nice if the tip were made of something that could get more saturated to remove polish better--without dripping, of course.

It works!
I have never been able to paint my nails completely inside the lines, especially with my left hand. This nail polish remover pen is the perfect solution! Just dab it on the skin where the polish doesn't belong, and it transfers to the pen. Rub the tip onto a paper Napkin or tissue to get excess polish off. It also comes with a replacement tip. I hope I can buy more replacement tips too. You can easily refill when needed.
