Alhumdulillah, eventually i found what i need i.e., halal multivitamin for me my wife and for my daughters..since we live in chicago threre is lot of chances of deficiency of vit d3 which restricts me and my wife to do physical jobs..Always knee pain and multiple physical problem and as my daughter had constipation with milk so this product is very good for her too as it contains calcium.I recommend this product to every individual to at least try once then you will realise what you was misssing...
