My snail turns right from the start card rather than going straight. Is there a way to reset it?

Mine started doing the same thing within days of purchase. Not dropped or mis-used. It stopped working for no reason. I cannot find any tech support for this issue. So disappointed. This was such a waste of money.

Are these puzzle cards waterproof and wrinkle-proof? I'm afraid these will be torn by my kids.

Please don't worry that our programming cards could be waterproof to some extent, but please do not throw them entirely on the water, otherwise it will damage the cards. As for the wrinkle-proof side, our puzzle cards are solid enough so that the card will not be torn easily.

How do you get customer support for this product? E-mails have been sent with no response. Puzzle tile piece didn't work straight out of the box.
