My local Great American Cookie Company locations have been closed for years. I've driven several hours to pick up cookie cakes in the past. Imagine my surprise when I saw Great American Cookie Company cookies on Amazon!I was a little skeptical. I assumed it was some rogue franchise trying to diversify especially considering I can't order these from the official site. Imagine my surprise when they shipped from the same city as the headquarters!They arrived in a box with 2 cookies in each airtight bag, preserving the freshness. Shipping the frosting in 4 airtight piping bags is brilliant. It makes it really easy to spread the frosting while keeping it fresh.The amount of frosting per bag seems appropriate and the cookies taste just like I remember them.I'd like to be able to further customize which cookies are included. My wife specifically wants a box of all M&M cookies for example.Maybe one day I can order a whole cookie cake ;)
