A really lovely, positive book for teaching young children the importance of kindness. I bought this for my 4 year old after he has been struggling with sharing his toys and has been going through a very snatchy stage! He loved me reading this book to him today, we read it 4 times back to back! He loved that in the story the animals had to learn to be kind too, he loves animals and that helped a lot with getting the message of the book through to him. The book is very well written, clearly by an excellent writer. I really recommend this book to other young children :)

It is possible to have fun with your familyAnd be kind to others and love them and respect your neighbours and other people who want to help you like when they take care of your life and you will never miss out on the fun

I really enjoyed the message of this book and the illustrations are truly stunning. Highly recommended!

Poor quality book, flimsy and poor quality writing and storyline. Some of the messages within the “be kind” text are not really great, there’s a line that says “grandma fulfils all my wishes, so I wash the dishes” it’s not really what I want my child learning. The “smile even when you don’t want to” message.If you’re a boomer with a child this is probably for you. But if you’re practicing modern parenting I’d avoid.
