I love this product. I know it is used as a complete skin cleanser, but I usually cleanse with another product first, then use the micellar water to do a final cleanse before applying my moisturizer (morning and night). It is amazing how much residue is left on your skin after cleansing. The micellar water makes sure all the makeup and impurities are gone before I moisturize. This is a product I ALWAYS include in my skin care regime.

I have exclusively been using Simple makeup remover for many years. Works like a charm. I usually do 2, maybe 3 rounds of Simple makeup remover. It does have a bit of an oily finish but it's washed away once I use a cleanser and toner.

I use this in the morning to remove my night products, for removing make up pre wash at night, and then again after washing my face, and it always still removes a little bit more than soap alone. I use it in place of a toner, i do not have oily skin, so i am not sure how well it would work as a toner for someone with oily skin. I also dip a q tip in it and use it to clean up my mascara mishaps. It is extremely gentle on my face, neck, chest. I have a sensitive neck, there are 2 spots that will start an eczema flare if something is too harsh, and this NEVER causes me problems.

So easy to remove make up.

I've been having trouble finding this locally, so I decided to purchase from Amazon. I've gotten a single bottle via Amazon before, and it was the same as the one I would pick up at the local drugstore. Here, I believe I got a newer formula, or the UK formula, as mentioned in the reviews.Bottles are not totally clear, they're lightly tinted, so the fluid LOOKS dirty, but it's not; I transfer mine into a clear pump-top bottle, and it's PERFECTLY CLEAR. There is a very obvious and unpleasant odor, not something I've ever run into with this brand, and I was a bit nervous when I first used it. However, I did find there was no tightness after cleansing, and it cleaned exactly as it has in the past. Honestly, my only complaint is the odor, and lack of regular availability. I'm pretty sensitive to scents, but it's definitely tolerable, and doesnt hang around.

Cleaning with micellar water instead of soap or oils has changed my skin. I have acne prone skin with consistent patches of dryness from acne treatments and micellar water has been a miracle for me. Every morning and evening I use this micellar water to cleanse, then I use Missha essence, The Ordinary Buffet, niacin and rosehip oil (only at night) then Neutrogena Hydro Gel-Cream (only at night), and finally EltaMD clear SPF 46 (in the morning). I can honestly say that my acne is more under control than it has ever been and I face much less dryness/oiliness. I repurchase this consistently, not only because of the results that I've seen but because my dermatologist praised me for using something so gentle and effective. All my skin changes aside, I can wash thoroughly with soap and still see impurities on the cotton pad when I go over my skin with the water. It is a very effective cleanser.

This is the best thing to wash your face wash. I will never use anything else.
