1st order broken got refund and brought again
The media could not be loaded. First ones arrived with two broken but confused as the box and polystyrene was intact so must of been packed broken , got a refundBut did order again with my fingers crossed it arrived safe ( which it did ) as I needed polystyrene packaging it came in for convenience for my customer x as I have a custom wedding order of 6 glasses that will be taken to Croatia x and didn’t want to package 6 glasses im separate boxesI’ve now customised them and they look great x

Disappointed
The glasses are beautiful but one arrived with a snapped stem. Couldn't return them as the unbroken ones were required urgently. Informed seller immediately requesting either a replacement or partial refund. Received neither, and not even an acknowledgement of my request. Very disappointed in the seller. Wouldn't use again or recommend.

Quite delicate but still okay in dishwasher
As I say a little delicate but adds a little je ne sais quoi to a sherry or port. Very nice
