This works very well at pressures of 60psi or lower. Higher pressures than that cause it to leak.It resolved the problem I was having on my car where the valve stems were too short to let me screw on the inflator fitting. It also worked on the front tires of my GMC 2500 truck (60 psi) but not the rear tires at 75 psi.
