Perque Choline Citrate, 7.86 Ounce

I like the tart taste and drink it straight without mixing into anything. Using for purposes of neurotransmitter synthesis in hopes of countering some TBI issues with short term memory (Traumatic Brain Injury sequelae). Also using for fat metabolism to slowly remove fat from liver and to support bile production in gallbladder. Choline Citrate differs from Citicholine which is better for brain, but the Choline Citrate supports a variety of bodily functions (including brain). I'm glad it helps with magnesium uptake but I haven't had any problems with magnesium-induced diarrhea. I noticed though that my leg & foot cramps went away, so it must be helping me absorb the mag better.

Having digestive issues last few years. I used to take Magnesium whenever I was 'backed up'. But after being diagnosed with SIBO I could not take ANY form of Magnesium without a day in the bathroom (yes even the L-threonate version). I don't know how I stumbled on a you tube video about Magnesium, but the woman was saying to take this with Magnesium to avoid that digestive issue. I thought another gimmick but I'll give it a try. It's only been a few days but I'm amazed at the ability to take Magnesium without 'issue'. I will have to wait and see if it causes the opposite 'issue' over time. Will post back after a few weeks.UPDATE: it’s been 6 months and still faithfully using this every day with magnesium to avoid the D issues. The only thing is timing. I want to take magnesium at night to enhance sleep but notice when combined with this it may disrupt falling asleep. So I take it 3 hours before bed. This product is amazing

I find the cost of this item to be unrealistically high (hence 4*). That said, the product does appear to work with respect to helping to bring down body pH (5*) by improving magnesium absorption. I found related instructions to take 5ml and 400mg Magnesium for every 1 pH below 6 or 7 pH (daily). It took a few days, but did appear to speed up moving pH from acid to neutral and prevent issues with taking high(er) Magnesium dosing.

A must have supplement of quality. It makes a difference especially regarding neurological health.

I see some people say the formula is diluted , it’s not. The previous formula had 1300 cholin citrate which is is 400mg cholin but the new label just says 650 mg cholin which means the new formula have 1700 mg cholin citrate so it has more. My issue is with the vegetable oil the have in the formula since I bought it for my wife to use during pregnancy. Any way this is probably the highest cholin supplement since the other formulas usually have 60-100 mg cholin in form of cdp cholin (500 mg ) or others.

Well packaged. I somehow missed the huge “must be diluted” label and was drinking it undiluted. The taste is very sour but not horrific. Diluted it’s even worse though, as you have to drink a large amount of sour water. I therefore prefer to drink it undiluted followed by a big glass of water and pretend I didn’t see the label.

This is a game changer. I take Magnesium Malate and have for about 10 years now because I'm 64 and magnesium is not synthesized by my body like it was when I was younger. When I discovered this product the magnesium began working like it never had before. I will never go without this as part of my daily supplement again. Maybe the magnesium vitamin supplement makers should figure out a way to make this part of the daily magnesium supplement.

Really disappointing! I was finishing out another bottle so I did not open this one for about 2 months after I got it (so am outside the return window). The product was kept in a cool dry cupboard so should have been completely in tact, however I just opened it to find a disgusting goopy mess inside! Completely unusable and a waste of money now. I have been taking this product for years (from various sellers) and never had this happen. I don’t even know how or why the liquid choline has turned into a nasty gel inside. Some sort of manufacturing issue for sure. Really disappointed and would like my money back.
