NIVEA Cellular Luminous 630 Day Cream

Wife’s review. Effective. Used all year round, multiple repeat orders. Has replaced long-standing Korean favourites (eg Biore, since they changed formula for a Western market). This feels wonderfully moisturising, doesn’t dry, isn’t sparkly (very delicate glow - probably most noticeable in not sitting in or drawing attention to frown and dehydration lines). No strong scent. Feels expensive in texture, and is pleasant to use. No white cast. Doesn’t pill. No milia or acne. No irritation (have slept in this with no ill effects, although obviously that isn’t recommended). Also happily use under eyes (but definitely not eyelids). A very long time ago, I used to treat myself to Dior Snow. This has the same quality and satisfaction factor. Just perfect. Will buy it as long as they make it.

My go to sun protection for my face , I have tried a lot of creams and always seems to be where they cause issues when applying foundation, this one i put on first leave for 5 minutes as its a good thick cream , and then apply foundation and it sits very well , ive not got any sunburn on my face and gave me the protection it says , also leaves my face feeling soft an no dry skin , will buy again and stick with this one after many other attempts at brands .

It works but not completely. It faded my melasma but it's still there. I have tried other creams and serums too but my melasma doesn't fade any more. It smells nice and on my pale skin I can't see any white cast. It leaves you, however, with some shine. This is the reason of using a different brand with oil control for my combination and acne prone skin. Not sure about sun skin protection as I can't usually go outdoors and, when I do, I put a wide rim hat to prevent my melasma from getting worse, even in winter time. It is lightweight and skin feels soft afterwards. If you have a normal to dry skin, this may be a good option to use all year round to prevent sun damage and fade light marks. I don't like that I can't see the inside to know when it's time to reorder. There is no clue and you just run out in the middle of an application. Annoying.

Lovely scent, the fragrance is pleasant and fresh, making it nice to apply daily. Smooth, lightweight feel. The texture is creamy but not too heavy, so it absorbs well and leaves skin soft. Hydrating & glowy finish: Ingredients like hyaluronic acid help keep skin moisturised and give a subtle glow. It has evened my skin tone over time. I originally bought this because of the spf as i needed to protect my skin. I have been using this for a few years now.

I absolutely love this cream. I wear it nearly every day under foundation or on its own. It has a nice delicate scent and despite being SPF 50 it doesn't smell like suncream, unlike nearly every other cream that I have tried over the years. It absorbs well and my skin feels soft. It is easily applied and doesn't feel at all greasy or sticky. I have very sensitive skin and most high SPF creams tend to irritate after prolonged use but this cream is absolutely fine and I've been using it for well over a year. I think it is excellent value for money as it is nearly always on a deal somewhere. I used to purchase slightly more expensive brands like La Roche-Posay and still do on occasion but I feel that this is a really good affordable alternative. For me the high SPF and light non-greasy feel is the most important aspect of my skincare so I unfortunately compare it to creams with other anti-aging properties.

If I could give this no stars then I would. The cream is great but I can’t get it out. The pump doesn’t work. This is a new design and maybe I got a duff bottle but even trying to get a replacement hasn’t been possible. Amazon passed me through to a Nivea helpline which cut off when I rang it. Incredibly disappointed

Lovely face cream, which I have been using daily for several months. It hasn't removed the dark spot on my face yet but it has certainly lightened it. Will continue to use.

I love the moisturiser BUT the pump system is awful. I am constantly getting tubes where the pump doesn’t work.
