Are there any issues in turning the water off and then on again during the shower?

Hi Deb. No issues at all. The key is, you leave the pump in the bag running. To stop the flow, just flick the shower head up. Then when you are ready for the water to start again, just flick it down, and it will flow again. It works great. Very handy if you are washing your hair and you don’t want to waste water.

Are we able to buy a separate charger for backup ?

Hi Bianca. The included charging cable is USB Type-C, so any standard USB Type-C cable you already have would be suitable as a backup.

Does blue light flash when charging and then go solid when fully charged?

That’s exactly right. As it’s charging the LED will pulse, but once fully charged it will remain solid. The battery does pack a serious punch, often getting well over 60 minutes of run time.

Can I use a hose extender to make the hose longer than 6 feet?

Great question. The included hose is actually over 7ft long. If you had the correct hardware you could try to add an extender, but be mindful, that the pump itself has been optimised to have the perfect amount of power for the included hose. Extending the hose may cause some decline in water pressure.
