I ordered this portable air conditioner window kit to go with my unit, and it made a big difference in both performance and ease of setup. Good construction, good set of products, easy to install

This had everything I needed (window adapter and a decently long hose) minus the hookup part to the machine, but that was easy enough to buy separately. Otherwise it has worked well. Docked 1 star because of the directions issue, but I was able to find a video on youtube for it easy enough. It also came with cushiony tape to ensure a good fit on the window. My unit is by Serene Life. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

It works as intended but it isn't as universal a they say. The ends of the hose don't screw in easily and are kinda sketchy. I like the length adjustability of the window mount. I'd still recommend the item overall.

Fit perfect and came with everything I needed all for a decent price

Missing majority of the part, packaging was damaged and taped again with clear tape. Employees didn’t look for missing parts on packaging and just taped it shut. What a horrible manufacturing 3rd party. I highly doubt not recommend going through this 3rd party manufacturing that is with Amazon. If I could I would give them a negative 5 star review.
