My daughter loves the phone case, although I ordered the wrong case originally and it did not fit her phone, so returned it, which was very easy, and ordered the correct size. She really likes the case, it is nice quality. You must remove the insert piece that goes around the sides of the phone from the case and put it around the phone before inserting your phone into the case or it is very tight and won't fit as other reviewers have noted. This step is not on any instructions that came with the case. If you do this step, the phone will snap right into the case with no problem.
