Just an additional to my Mauviel collection great addition. Adding to the previous review by RT it is incredible copper pans hears in seconds on gas stoves. Highly recommend! Perfect for one egg can squeeze two small eggs in. Great product.

Perfect for one fried egg! The pan is fully heated by the time I've reached across and got an egg out of the fridge. Will save me a fortune in gas! ;-)

Says it is induction compatible. It doesn’t work on my Gaggenau Surface induction hob.
