This is my first time owning a bread maker, and I must say, I quite like it. It looks really good and I am completely satisfied with the product. It works perfectly and is very easy to use. My white bread turned out great and absolutely delicious!

I was looking for a bread maker and chose this one. For the price it is a really good value. It has a lot of different functions like a setting to make yogurt, pizza dough, different types of breads and many other functions. It is quiet except for when it needs the dough and even then it is not loud at all. The ingredient list is short but you can use the ingredients that you want. The loaf is pretty small and the shape is almost square but it is rectangular. The bread quality is very good. Because the whole thing is metal the entire unit is hot right after or during the bread making process. It does cool down quickly though.

New favorite gadget! If you’re on a budget and don’t want to spend $500-600 on the Z…machine, this is for you. If you’re getting into bread making, this is for you. I’m no pro by any means, but I bake a LOT. If you know how tedious making bread is, you share my pain. This took the pain and anguish out of the equation. Easy to use, thorough instructions, fits on the counter perfectly. The recipes in the manual are fine - they’re basic. You can make them and learn from them what to add or adjust. You can make a wide variety of things in this bad boy. I made French bread (photo), adjusted to my personal recipe, and adjusted because I live at high altitude. I have high frequency hearing loss, so I did not hear the beeps, but other people can just fine. The bread rose perfectly. I use Fleschmann’s instant rapid rise yeast. I put the setting to medium crust and it came out a perfect light gold. Evenly baked without issue! The noise from mixing is comparable to having the microwave on, only a little loud if there’s no other sounds, but a TV at normal volume will drown it out. Super easy to clean! Just make sure to hand wash it! Absolutely recommend this to anyone getting into bread making or just want to take the hassle out of doing it by hand!

This is more complicated than my old and trusted breadmaker (very old) but it produced a wonderful loaf of bread. It is neat and cmpact. I did , in the end, understand the instructions and it wasn't as difficult as I first thought. It is versatile and makes more than just a loaf and I will try out cakes and pastries later. It makes two sizes of loaf.. very useful.I can certainly recommend this readmaker.

I'm not a huge diet or watch what I eat type of person but the quality and prices of a loaf of bread today are alarming. They are super processed, loaded with artificial harmful ingredients and just don't taste good. So without any baking knowledge I took a risk with attempting to make my own. BEST DECISION EVER. I cannot recommend this machine enough if you even have a slight interest in making bread. When I say easy, it's still an understatement on how simple it is to make a fresh homemade loaf of bread with ingredients you can name and trust. Follow the directions and load the ingredients in the exact order and a few hours later you got some fresh tasty bread! I bought this maybe 6 weeks ago and I already went through over 12 pounds of bread flour and easily 12-15 loafs and each one better than the last. The machine is so easy clean, the bread slides right out and the bread comes out with a great denser texture not spongy like store bought. You have tons of preset options that are listed right on the lid and easy to set. I actually look forward to trying new breads or tweak the recipes to see which tastes better. It's a little loud but you'll get used to it, don't hesitate BUY THIS NOW.

I have had a really good bread machine for years. I can no longer use it because of needing to be gluten free. This machine has a gluten free setting which is one reason I chose it. Another is two heating elements. And the ceramic coating on the pan and paddle were also a consideration. This machine has a homemade setting which I used for gluten free. GF bread does not need the punch-downs after the initial rise. The GF setting on this machine has a second punch down, so I used the homemade setting to create my own rest, proof, and bake times. I used a very basic GF white bread recipe to trial this machine. I chose the smaller loaf size with a medium crust. I had to help it along in the mixing stage. It felt like it would bog down with a more substantial dough. Even though the pan is vertical, it still wasn’t scraping the dough out of the corners and it was mounding it all up in the middle. I scraped down and incorporated with a silicone spatula almost the entire mix cycle. My former horizontal pan never needed more than a cursory scrape of the corners. After the mixing, I chose a 25 minute rest and proof. Then a 1 hour bake. It rose so nicely, within a half inch of the top of the pan, then it deflated a bit before the bake. I’ll tweak the recipe to see if I can get it to not deflate. 1 hour was not enough bake time to get this loaf done but you can only set it for a max of 1 hour. So I had to restart the bake for another 25 minutes. I’m taking off a star for this. It seems it would be easy enough to be able to add more than 1 hour of any cycle, but the limit is 1 hour. My bread came out nicely even if a little short. I want to experiment with more recipes to find one that suits us best. The small loaf size is fine with me since there are just two of us, but I would not attempt a large loaf in this machine because I could see it proofing too tall and getting dough all over the lid. That would not be an easy clean-up. Another star off is the absolutely terrible manual. There are only a handful of recipes, most of which a GF person cannot use, so basically only one recipe for me. Believe me when I tell you GF bread is a whole different animal from wheat bread, and realizing GF bread-making would be vastly different, I was not really expecting much in the way of recipes. I had also purchased a GF bread machine recipe book, and have researched GF baking ad nauseum since I have been GF for about 18 years. My bakes have been relatively successful. This was my first foray into a bread machine. I was hopeful to stop having to pay $9 for 5 slices of mediocre bread, and to have a little more convenience than full-on handmade bread. Although this little machine is pretty and quiet, I would not think it would withstand a daily baking regimen for very long. It was easy to clean up, somewhat easy to operate, has a small footprint. It didn’t try to wander off the counter, but then I was helping it along every step of the way. This was not a set-it-and-forget-it bread machine like my old reliable one (which I can no longer get). If I could find a brand new ceramic or stainless steel replacement pan for my old machine, I would be in heaven. This Neretva machine is a poor substitute for my old workhorse. But I’ll give it another go and we’ll see what I can come up with. If I find greater success, I’ll update in the future.

This bread machine is really useful, convenient & efficient. First, I love the vintage yellow color which is super lovely. Second, it is compact and looks very neat - fit into the kitchen counter or kitchen rack. Last but most importantly, I have to say Woaaa it bakes very yummy bread which smell so good and also the bread’s texture is much better than the bought store loafs. Also it is very easy to use, and adjust the ingredients. All I need is just pouring the ingredients into the basket and then the machine does everything, very convenient and time saving. It goes beyond my expectations, I should bought this one earlier 🥰

Dat de broodmachine een stekker heeft die in Europa niet bruikbaar is. Ook niet even zomaar op te lossen met een speciale stekker kopen of transfo. Een grote teleurstelling en onbegrip dus. Broodbakmachine teruggestuurd. Gelukkig was dat geen probleem waarvoor dank.

This machine is terrible! It jumps off the counter . It makes terrible bread and I've tried different recipes. It is now not working properly at all . I wanted to send back but apparently I'm too late . I only had a months grace. I didn't realize that when I purchased. It was very expressive so I thought the machine would be good and the customer care would be better. Please don't buy !
