We bought these for our 18ft above ground pool. We attached the solar panel to the fence, and used the small amount of extra lights to wrap around our pump hoses. Over all super happy for the price. These lights only come on when it is dark out, and there is a remote. You can set a timer to have them turn off or they will just stay on until morning and recharge in the sun. The lights come with either a stake to put the solar panel in the ground, or a screw to attach it so something like we did. The lights DO NOT come with anything to attach them to the pool. We just used zip ties to attach them and it worked perfectly.

I used the item to illuminate my swimming pool during evening and night. It works very well for the purpose. I installed it on the edge of the swmming pool on the interior side. At night, the LED lights reflects on the water and produce this nice effect of double circle: one underneath the edge of the pool, and one on the water, along the perimeter of the pool. I like it very much. Installed it a few weeks ago and, since, then, it works flawlessly every evening/night.

I bought this for lighting up my pool area. I thought they were RGB, meaning change then to whatever color/white I wanted. However, these are Christmas lights with no color changing options. If that is what you are looking for then they work good.

These lights are great, fit around the inside of the pool for a nice light for night swims! The light does not attract bugs :)
